1. What products does Bookmory sell?

2. Which Kindle & iPad models are compatible?

Our covers are made for popular Kindle generations (including Paperwhite & Signature models), as well as a range of iPad sizes. Before ordering, check your device model in Settings > Device Info on your Kindle or iPad to ensure a perfect fit.

3. What materials are your covers made from?

Each Bookmory cover is crafted with quality materials that balance style and protection—from soft interior linings to durable outer shells. They’re designed to protect against scratches, bumps, and everyday wear.

4. Do your covers support auto wake/sleep?

Yes! Most of our Kindle covers include auto wake/sleep functionality, which means your Kindle screen will automatically turn on when you open the cover and sleep when you close it—helping preserve battery life.

5. Can I carry my device in a bag with the cover on?

Absolutely. A quality case helps prevent scratches and damage when your Kindle or iPad is on the move. Many customers find a cover essential, especially if they carry their device daily.

6. What is your return & refund policy?

We want you to love your Bookmory purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in original condition and packaging within 30 days for a refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.

7. Do you offer exchanges or backorders?

Yes! If a design sells out, you may be able to backorder it, and we’ll notify you about restock timing. We also offer exchanges if your original item is returned in unused condition and there’s available stock.

8. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location and option selected at checkout. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

10. How do I choose the right size cover?

To find the correct size:

  • Kindle: Go to Settings > Device Info to confirm your model/generation.

  • iPad: Check the model number on the back of your device or in Settings under General > About.
    If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering—we’re happy to help match your device to the right cover.

11. How do I care for my cover?

For most covers, we recommend spot cleaning with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals and excessive moisture to protect materials and design.
